Principal’s Message

“Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground.”

Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919)

Each Kemingnite is our STAR. He or she is very precious and we are committed to nurture a star in every student who joins the Keming Family.

Each Kemingnite is Special and Talented, has Aspirations and possesses the values of Responsibility, Respect and Resilience.

Just like the quotation above by the late US President Theodore Roosevelt, we want our Kemingnites to strive hard to realise their full potential and abilities, and yet grounded in values and character.

To do this, Keming Primary School and its staff are committed to provide a comprehensive educational experience for our students so as to develop them in the moral, aesthetics, physical, intellectual, emotional and social (MAPIES) domains.

Through a culture of care and an engaging learning environment, Kemingnites will grow and glow to be enlightened students and enriched citizens.

Parents are also members of the Keming Family. We need the understanding, support and cooperation of the parents to complement the school’s role. Parents can monitor their children’s school work and performance, and guide them to acquire good values. The parents can also partner with us by volunteering their expertise and creating time and space to engage and work with our students and staff.

Warmest regards,

Mr Kelvin Tay
Principal
